[click to zoom] services and warranty • Guarantees the realization of the Customer’s goals from the first idea of the product to the shipment • Oversees and maintains quality control from beginning of production until the loading of goods • Updates customer regularly about the ongoing project, maintaining constant contact from beginning to end • Provides a technical Inspection Report during the production process, photos in cluded • Delivers the whole set of shipping documents (invoices, packing list, B/L) needed for customs clearance and unloading of goods procedures STEP 1 - Establishing client’s needs including delivery of material to be developed, estimation of quantity and frequency of supplies. STEP 2 - Sourcing in China begins. Quotations are supplied and delivery date is specifi ed within a 10 (business) - day period. STEP 3 - Client submits a purchasing agreement so Perino Consulting Group srl can proceed and order samples of the product. STEP 4 - After samples are received and approved, customer submits Purchase Order and down payment, in order to begin production. STEP 5 - Inspection Report is delivered to customer when goods are ready. After payment of the balance, goods are loaded and documents sent via courier.
